#2 - No-Turkey Salad
Nothing says the holidays more than the nostalgic flavors you had growing up in one amazing dish. This No-Turkey Salad is similar to our famous Chickpea Salad, but with seasonal flavors and bites of dried cranberries. Not to mention, this salad is amazing on its own, but is perfect for making a classic No-Turkey Salad sandwich!

#3 - Christmas Chestnut Loaf
Our Christmas Chestnut Loaf is so easy to prepare and full of flavor! Did you know that chestnuts are mostly starch? Other tree nuts are high in fat but the chestnut is super starchy, which is good news for those of us keeping close tabs on our fat intake. Plus this recipe can be made the night before to save you time in the kitchen later.

#4 - Jingle Balls
These healthy and delicious Jingle Balls are tender and perfect and delicious for any holiday table. The variety of herbs in this recipe remind us of stuffing. It is especially amazing if you dip your Jingle Balls in Cranberry Relish from our Holiday Classics cookbook or a creamy sauce.

#5 - Whole Roasted Cauliflower
While we did make this recipe as Cauliflower Brains on YouTube, this Whole Roasted Cauliflower is a decadent recipe that makes a beautiful centerpiece (sans the skulls). The cauliflower is brushed with a tahini sauce that adds a richness and so much flavor. It is so easy to make this recipe too, you need to try it this holiday season!
