The Well Your World YouTube channel started as a way where Dillon could showcase his fast and simple meals, meal techniques, and the benefits of a plant-based diet. Over the years we’ve put out some recipes that have been great for entertaining, picnics, potlucks, parties, and date nights.
Today we wanted to share with you our top 5 EASY recipes from our channel. These are our go-to staples, the ones we play on repeat over and over. We don’t ever get sick of these, and they come in great when we’re in a pinch and need a meal fast. We even threw in a couple of bonus recipes for you. #5 - Curry in a Hurry
If you’re looking for a flavorful meal that is homemade but FAST, then this one fits the bill. The ease of this recipe comes with blending all of the ingredients together to make the sauce first, then simply simmering the veggies in the sauce until tender and fragrant. If you’re looking to make Curry in a SUPER Hurry, then you can always use Well Your World Indian Sauce for an incredibly fast meal that is out of this world. Serve over a bed of rice or potatoes from your weekly batching and you have lunch in about 10 minutes.
#4 - Sushi Bowl
Dillon and I both LOVE veggie sushi but we are terrible at making it, and eating it out at a restaurant is expensive! The deconstructed sushi bowl solves all of those problems. Now you can have the same great sushi flavors in every bite without having to form them into rolls. We also love the sushi bowl for traveling lunches as it doesn’t need to be cooled or heated. #3 - Potato French Fries
Oil-free french fries make the simplest meal bar none. As long as you have pre-cooked potatoes waiting in your fridge, you can throw some potato wedges, or mashed potato chunks into your air fryer and have a deliciously satiating meal in 25 minutes. #2 - Instant Pot Hoppin John
We originally created our Hoppin' John recipe for the New Year. We wanted to make it super simple without any added steps so we did a dump-and-go version in the Instant Pot. Boy was it ever a hit! Now we enjoy this meal throughout the year as it is delicious, filling, easy, and cheap! We even used frozen veggies for this one, so you don’t have to think about chopping until you drop, you can just open up a couple bags, cans, and spices and have dinner ready super fast. How easy is that!
#1 - Starch Blaster
Starch Blaster is hands-down our go-to meal when we’re hungry and in a hurry. We love it so much we even created a formulator for you guys so you can try it yourself! I love the formulator because you can do so many different varieties of Starch Blaster. The Instant Pot Hoppin' John, for example, is a version of Starch Blaster. Customize it and make it your own! Bonus Recipe #1 - Mac N Cheese
Honestly, Mac and Cheese would be my number 1 if I had it my way. This is probably the fastest recipe on this list, and in my opinion, the tastiest. I never in my life thought that eating a healthy plant-based diet would involve copious amounts of Mac and “Cheese.” Well it does now that we have Well Your World Cheese Sauce Mix. I love this mix as a base to make any delicious number of ways, but when I make my cheese for pasta, I know exactly how I’m going to make it every time. To add some veggies, you can dump in peas or broccoli to the pasta water and there you have a delicious meal. You can switch it up and try different pastas, add beans, a can of tomatoes, or what have you but as long as you have this Cheese Sauce on hand, dinner can be ready in MINUTES.
