The first recipe we made was a delicious Microwave Fried Rice. We use frozen rice and veggies along with some fresh ingredients to make this dish come to life. Then we added some flavor and a hint of richness to this dish.

We tossed everything in a mixing bowl and placed it back into a microwave safe bowl. Place the bowl in the microwave for about 5 minutes or until cooked to your liking. Top with some fresh chopped green onion and sesame seeds for added fanciness. It’s that easy!

The second recipe we prepared is a take on our popular Mexican Buddha Bowl, but this time we made it in the microwave. To make this hearty meal we added frozen and canned ingredients to a mixing bowl. Of course we had to spice it up with some garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and hatch green chili powder.

We tossed it all, added it to a microwave safe dish, and cooked for about 5 minutes. We placed this on a bed of chopped romaine lettuce and topped with salsa and avocado.

It might sound crazy, but you can actually make this buddha bowl faster! Our Mexican style seasoning blends are the perfect way to add flavor to this dish without adding each individual spice. Simply add 1-2 tablespoons of our Fiesta Blend and/or Chili Lime Seasoning Blend.
