Smoky Cheeze Ball

Ingredients

  • 1 15 oz. can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1 14-16 oz. block extra-firm tofu
  • 1/2 cup WYW Nooch
  • 2 teaspoons mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke
  • 1 tablespoon miso paste (optional)

Method

Add all of the ingredients, except the almonds, to a food processor and process until very smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.

Line a standard size cereal bowl with plastic wrap. Then, dump the mixture inside while pressing it into the bowl.

Refrigerate for 1-2 hours to firm it up.

To serve, flip the cheeze ball over onto a plate to carefully remove from the bowl. Remove the plastic wrap and garnish with WYW Everything Bagel Seasoning.
