Method
Check your beans for stones, rinse, then add them to the pressure cooker along with the rest of the ingredients. We don't bother dicing the onions or peppers too well because the immersion blender will do all that for us once cooked.
Set your pressure cooker to 30 minutes, high pressure, and let the pressure naturally release.
Using an immersion blender, process the beans until they are a smooth consistency.
Note: If you do not have an immersion blender, make sure you dice the onions and jalapeños small before cooking. Then you can use a regular potato masher. You can also try the regular blender or a food processor! All methods should work great.
