Method

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the dry items: chickpea flour, Nooch, onion powder, garlic powder, and Calypso Seasoning Blend. Add the soy milk and continue whisking until smooth. Add more soy milk if you prefer a lighter batter. Dunk a couple florets in the batter at a time, toss them with a fork to coat well, and roll in quinoa flakes. Place the florets on an air fryer basket and air fry for 12-15 minutes at 415°F. Alternatively, you can bake these in the oven for 25-30 minutes at 375°F. Top with Sriracha and serve.
