We are going to begin this recipe by throwing the beans into a large mixing bowl. Mash the beans with a potato masher. Then, add the rice and mash a little more. Flavor it up with some WYW Voodoo Cajun Seasoning Blend and WYW Stardust Salt Substitute. Toss in the chickpea flour and mix it all together with your hands. Roll the dough you made into 1-2 inch balls and add to a parchment-lined baking sheet. Throw them into the oven at 400°F for about 20 minutes, allowing them to cook through.
Next, prepare your pasta of choice per the package directions adding fresh or frozen veggies in the last few minutes. We love to add frozen peas and broccoli. Then, warm up some Well Your World Mushroom Basil Pasta Sauce or Marinara Magnifica in a small sauce pan. For added richness and healthy fat, blend some cashews with water and add to the sauce.
