The Well Your World (the “Sponsor”) Happy Haulidays Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the continental United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of Well Your World, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate. This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
a. Purchase Entry
To enter into the Sweepstakes, eligible individuals may make a purchase of any item on the website (WellYourWorld.com) and the purchaser shall receive one (1) entry for every dollar spent. Purchasers will automatically be entered into the Sweepstakes. Members of the Well Your World Live Cooking Show Membership will earn two (2) entries per dollar spent.
b. No Purchase Entry
To receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes without making a purchase, eligible individuals may submit this form one time: https://wellyourworld.com/pages/well-your-world-happy-haulidays-sweepstakes-form Mass entries and entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means, or by any means that subvert the entry process, will be void.
- Multiple Winners will be selected throughout the live show.
-Prize is awarded AS IS, with no warranty or guarantee from Sponsor other than any manufacturer coverage.
-All taxes on the prize and all costs and expenses related to the prize’s acceptance and use are the sole responsibility of the winner
-Upon receipt of the prize, the winner shall be required to comply with any and all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations.
The total prize value is $300 each or less (the “Prize”). The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. Prizes must be accepted as awarded and are provided “AS IS” with no warranties, representations, or guarantees, express or implied, in fact or in law, made by the Sponsor. This includes, without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability, non-infringement, or fitness for a particular purpose.
The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The Sweepstakes Period shall begin on December 1, 2025 at 11:00 A.M. PST and shall end on December 1, 2025 at 2:00 P.M. PST. Odds of winning a prize depends on the number of eligible entries received during the entry period. The drawing will be conducted live throughout the Sweepstakes Period. The winners will be notified by email within five (5) days after the drawing. If the selected winner does not respond within five (5) days of notification or fails to comply with the Official Rules, the winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected. Prize merchandise will be shipped to the winner within 30 days of notification or the prize is otherwise forfeited.
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. The Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, modify, or suspend the promotion if, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic tampering with any portion of the promotion, or if viruses, bugs, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical difficulties or failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who violates these Official Rules or tampers with the entry process. Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person who deliberately damages or undermines the legitimate operation of the promotion to the fullest extent permitted by law. Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes the winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of winner’s name, likeness, voice, statements, hometown, state, and country, for promotional purposes in any manner or media (including online), worldwide, in perpetuity, and without further payment, consideration, notice, review, or consent.
By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to forever, fully, and irrevocably release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. In no event will any entrant be entitled to rescind this agreement or seek injunctive or other equitable relief. Sponsor is not responsible for an incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or late, lost, stolen, unintelligible, illegible, damaged, mutilated, altered, incomplete or misdirected entries or entries received through impermissible channels, all of which will be disqualified. Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures of any kind or the unavailability or inaccessibility of any website or service.
As a condition of entering the Sweepstakes, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected to this promotion, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually and exclusively in the federal or state court located in the Commonwealth of Arizona, Maricopa County. Entrants hereby waive all claims for attorneys’ fees, punitive, incidental, consequential, special, or any other damages, other than actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased, unless prohibited by the jurisdiction.
