Method
Begin by adding the cooked brown rice to the bottom of the bowl. Next, add the tofu uncooked or cook the chopped tofu in a steamer basket for a few minutes to firm it up. To prepare the mushrooms, dry sauté with a dash of liquid smoke. When the mushrooms are tender, remove from heat and add to the bowl.
Next, pile on any combination of edamame, chopped cucumber, carrots, bell pepper, green onions, zucchini (steamed or raw), cabbage, and beans sprouts to the bowl. Finally, drizzle on some Asian Everything Sauce, stir to combine.
Enjoy warm or refrigerate for about an hour.
