Method
Boil the potatoes in a pot of water until tender, about 10 minutes.
Add the boiled potatoes to a skillet along with the onion and a generous amount of Indian Sauce to drench the potatoes. Sauté until the onion is tender.
For an added oomph, you can spoon this mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and air fry for about 20 minutes at 400°F.
Top with fresh chopped cilantro and enjoy! Use this recipe as a blank canvas and add other veggies like broccoli, peas, or cauliflower.
