This sauce is perfect! Its not too spicy for me. I put it over my lentils and brown rice with fresh herbs, Indian sauce and lime juice with avocados! Yum! This is so thick I can water it down to my taste.
I buy these bottles of Indian sauce for a dish I make frequently: Indian Vegetable Biryani. The sauce is perfect for that dish and even more appealing for the no-oil option.
