Asian Tofu Sheet Pan

Ingredients

  • 1 crown broccoli, cut into florets
  • 1 handful shredded carrots
  • 5-6 mushrooms, quartered
  • 1 14-16 oz. block firm tofu, pressed and cubed
  • WYW Asian Everything Sauce


To Serve

  • quinoa or greens

Method

Preheat the oven to 400°F.

To a large mixing bowl, add the broccoli, shredded carrots, mushrooms, tofu and as much Asian Everything Sauce as you like. Toss well and spread on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for about 20 minutes or until tender.

Serve over cooked quinoa or greens and enjoy!
