Asian Stuffed Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen broccoli
  • 1/2 16 oz. bag frozen tri-pepper blend
  • 1/2 15 oz. bag frozen onion
  • 1/2 cup WYW Asian Everything Sauce
  • 2 sweet potatoes, baked
  • sesame seeds, to garnish

Method

Add the broccoli, peppers, and onion to a large saucepan and sauté over medium high heat for about 5 minutes until tender, adding a splash of water to keep from sticking as needed.

Toss in the Asian Everything Sauce and sauté until heated through.

Spoon the sauté mixture onto a baked sweet potato, top with sesame seeds, and enjoy!
