Sipping it hot like tea (1 tsp per cup), I’m hooked on WYW Asian Broth Powder’s hay-like, earthy garlic flavor with a subtle salty tingle on my lips—SOS-free umami bliss that feels indulgent. I’m sure it will help elevate any rice, noodle, or soup dish you use it for, and it’d be great in non-Chinese dishes as well. Can’t wait to try it in my Fenugreek Udon Lo Mein and Indian-spiced udon with green chutney. Bigger jars, please, for my batch-cooking dreams! A plant-based flavor must-have.
I use this to make "instant" noodle soup for work. My mix varies, but generally I use brown rice-millet noodles from Costco + loads of dried veggies (i.e., the kind people take backpacking--I have a pantry full of awesome options, including dried cabbage, which is fab) + this delicious, fragrant broth. I take the dried mix to work in a lidded container and then add boiling water a few hours before I want to eat. My workmate said it smelled like "cup o'soup," which it does, haha! Delicious!
I purchased both: the veggie and the Asian broth dry mix. Photo shows that I did a ‘taste test’— 1/4 t. To 1/4 cup of hot water. Both powders have a bit of larger sediment..no problem for me. I stirred well before both ‘tests’….and, I rinsed my mouth with water in between…just to be fair.
Results: I was quite IMPRESSED. They DO have a noticeable difference (I had wondered if that was possible). YES, each has the correct, distinct flavors. BRAVO🌟WYW-you’ve done it again. Your products are
top notch.
Tried it for the first time today. Absolutely love it. It’s as easy to use as the Veggie Broth which another plus for me. I used it in a cabbage, carrots and purple cabbage mixture to make a filling for some egg rolls. (Baked , not fried). They were delicious. The flavor was great as it is a blend of many vegetables and spices. I will make sure I always have some of this on hand. It’s too good and easy not too… and like the Veggie Broth, it’s another space saver in my pantry! Great job, Dillon and Reebs! Another winner! 🥇
I have been with Well Your World for a couple of years now and I love Dillon, Reebs, and the whole team. They are great communicators and a lot of fun to watch. I am hooked on their products and I don't have to worry about added salt, oil, or sugar to the products. They are just whole foods. You won't be sorry. My favorite item that I can't live without and are always stocked in my kitchen are spices (Cosmic, Chile Lime, Lemon Pepper, Stardust), Nooch, Cheese sauce mix, veggie broth mix, and date powder.
I can't say enough good stuff about Well Your World.
Another plus ... you get a fun sticker with every order.
Yum! I received my Asian broth just before I left for a trip, and today decided to try it as a drinking broth to really get a feel of the flavor profile and how I liked it, and to see how it measures up to the original veggie broth that I already have. And I LOVED it! I can imagine many uses in recipes I love, to enhance flavor even more. But even excellent as a warm drink. Wow! Great job, Well Your World Team!!!!
I love the flavor profile of this broth. I used it as a base for an Asian soup. This first time was an experiment so all I put in was the broth (which I bought to boiling in a larger mug.) then I added 1 Lotus Millet and Brown Rice Ramen square. Covered it and let it steam for 2 minutes. Separated the noodles and added some peas for protein. Recovered and let steam for another 3 minutes. It was delicious- a very easy, very healthy “cup of soup”. Now I’m looking forward to making a larger amount and adding extra ingredients.
Thank you so much for this product.!
Terrific! I am super happy I bought this. I make a little V in the inner lid, to be used as a “pour spout” . The flavors are delicious. It works with a lot of things especially cooking rice in it. Thank you for this great invention.
This is perfect for my snacky times when I don’t need to eat. I like a little miso paste mixed in. It’s a yummy afternoon pick me up when I need a little something. I’m going to try it with the dried veggies and ramen too. That sounds delicious!
Not only is the flavor absolutely sublime (appreciate all the work it took to create this fine dining experience product)… but the shipment and delivery went extremely quick and seemless! Easily rivaling or BEATING Amazon delivery expectations! Well Your World is the absolute BEST, no matter which way you look at it. Thanks, Dill & Reebs. You’ve really created a nutritional juggernaut here. It can only keep getting better and better. All the best! 🤗 😋
This is my new "easy go to" meal for nights when I just can't cook. The millet/rice ramen from Costco, water, Asian broth mix, and the Well Your World veggie blend! Microwave a couple of minutes and DINNER!
NOM NOM NOM!
The Asian broth mix is a WONDEFUL. Will definitely have it on the subscribe and save!
Love that you have made this, can’t find any thing like this at all in stores that aren’t full of salt and added garbage you don’t need and the packets included with some of those ramen noodles that people eat are terrible for your health. I now can make my cold Asian salad with out using those packets.
Excellent!! I just used it using Reeb’s rice ramen recipe-added some cubed tofu and some Mana O’s premium vegan kimchi paste - wonderful satisfy dish - hit the spot!!
Don't get upset because I said I didn't like it. That was my initial try, just with hot water. It tasted pretty bland and gritty. I just need to experiment. It is definitely not getting thrown out. I think it takes some time to really disolve the ingredients. I really like rice ramen, bok choy, napa cabbage, mushrooms. I think this mix will provide a good base. I think it will also make a good base for onion soup.

Hi Debra,
We appreciate honest feedback! You're absolutely right that it takes some experimenting to find what works for you. Our whole food ingredients won't fully dissolve like conventional soup mixes because we use real, intact plant ingredients rather than processed powders. That texture you're noticing is actually the whole foods doing their thing!
Many of our community members find doubling the amount gives a richer flavor, and since our products are salt-free, adding your own seasonings like tamari, miso paste, or even a pinch of salt can really enhance the taste if that's your preference.
Sounds like you've got some great ideas with the rice ramen, bok choy, and using it as a soup base. Hope you find a combo that hits the spot for you!

Hi Lynn, thanks for giving our Asian Broth a try. Good thinking on experimenting with it - you could try doubling the amount of mix or adding tamari or miso paste to customize it to your taste. Hope you find a combination that works for you.
I had it with Udon noodles, loaded with a variety of vegetables and a few small vegan dumplings. It felt clean and very satisfying.
