We are going to start off this recipe by making the best part…the tofu pepperoni! Before beginning, press the tofu for about 10 minutes. It is important to note this recipe works best with firm or extra-firm tofu. Break apart the tofu and add to a food processor. Then give it some flavor by adding all the pepperoni ingredients to the food processor, making sure to crush the fennel seeds first to really bring out the flavor.

Process the tofu, scrape down the sides, and process again until it is a spreadable smooth consistency. In the video we had to add some water back into it because it was too dry, if yours is like ours just add a couple tablespoons of water until it reaches the correct consistency. Then, scoop the contents of the food processor into a ziploc bag and set aside.

It is pizza time! We are going to use russet potatoes for the base of the pizza. The bigger the potato the better! Slice the potatoes into ¼ inch rounds and place onto a parchment lined baking sheet. You can cut them longways or shortways, depending if you want a mummy head or body! If you are making these into regular pizzas with lots of toppings you might want to pre-cook the potatoes a bit so they are cooked through!

Add some spookiness to these mummies by adding a nice layer of pizza sauce to the potato rounds. We used the Well Your World Pizza Sauce to make the recipe even easier. If you don’t have our sauce, you can make your own pizza sauce! We have a recipe at the bottom of the page for an easy pizza sauce.

Now, let’s bring these mummies to life…or would it be to death..? Slice the black olives to make the eyes. Then, place them near the top of the potato round to make it look like it has eyeballs. We are almost done!

Are you ready to mummify these pizzas?! Take the ziploc bag with tofu pepperoni and cut a small hole in the corner of the bag, the same way you would do with icing or frosting. Pipe the tofu pepperoni across the potato pizzas to look like mummy wraps or bandages. To make these regular pizzas and not mummies, just pipe the pepperoni on as little rounds or dots! Throw these mummies into the oven at 350°F for 20-25 minutes. And while they are cooking we are going to make a delicious dessert!

    Well your world

We are going to be whipping up a Pumpkin Pie Smoothie! Before beginning this recipe, freeze half a cup of pumpkin puree in an ice cube tray or something similar, you want it to be small enough for the blender! Once that is done it is a simple as throwing it all together!

In a high speed blender add the ½ cup of frozen pumpkin, a frozen banana, vanilla powder or extract, Well Your World Date Powder, pumpkin pie spice, and plant-based milk. If you don’t have our Date Powder you can opt to use date sugar instead. You can also find pumpkin pie spice at most grocery stores or you can make your own with our recipe below! Blend everything together until it is nice and smooth, adding more milk along the way to reach your desired consistency. Pour the smoothie into a spooky skeleton glass. Now you can enjoy the same flavors of pumpkin pie without the added sugar and junk!

Once the pizzas are done, remove from the oven and let them cool. Serve on a haunted ghost platter for added spookiness! Enjoy these healthy, festive, and fun mummies!
