Method
Add the pasta, cherry tomatoes, and water to the bottom of a pressure cooker.
To create the Tofu Feta, add all of the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
Slowly pour the Tofu Feta on top of the rest of the ingredients inside the pressure cooker and DO NOT STIR it! Set to high pressure for 4 minutes, manual release.
Once done, mix in the spinach until wilted. Serve and enjoy!
