Method

Bring the water to a boil in a medium saucepan and slowly whisk in the polenta. Then, throw in the Italian seasoning and Nooch and keep stirring.

After a few minutes it will start to thicken up like porridge. You'll know it's ready when you have a taste and it's nice and smooth.. not coarse, hard, or gritty.

In another small pot, heat up the Mushroom Basil Sauce along with the kale. Once the sauce is hot and the kale is wilted, throw in the white beans and you're ready to go! Spoon this mixture on top of the polenta and you have a hearty and delicious meal in a jiff.
