Ingredients

  • 1 14.5 oz. can diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cabbage head, sliced fine
  • 1 15 oz. bag frozen peas
  • 1 15 oz. can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup WYW Indian Everything Sauce
  • rice, for serving
  • fresh cilantro, to garnish

Method

Add the diced tomatoes, cabbage, and peas to a saucepan and cook on medium heat, covered.

Once the cabbage has softened, mix in the chickpeas and Indian Everything Sauce and heat through.

Serve on a bed of rice and garnish with cilantro.
