Method
Add the cauliflower, yams, veggie broth, onion, garlic, dill, Stardust Salt Substitute, smoked paprika, and chipotle powder to an 8-quart pressure cooker. Cook on high pressure for 12 minutes, quick release.
Add the Nooch, mustard, and soy milk to the pot. Purée the soup with an immersion blender right in the pot, or carefully transfer to a blender and blend until smooth.
