Ingredients

  • 1 15 oz. can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1/4 cup WYW Indian Everything Sauce
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 6-8 mint leaves, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • romaine or bib lettuce leaves
  • avocado, diced

Method

Add the chickpeas and Indian Everything Sauce to a skillet over medium-high heat. Stir well to coat the chickpeas evenly. Add the green onion, garlic, mint, and sesame seeds and stir to combine.

To serve, spoon the chickpea mixture onto the lettuce cups and top with avocado. Enjoy!
