Optional Add-Ins:

  • blueberries
  • chopped bananas
  • chopped strawberries
  • chopped nuts
  • chocolate chips/cacao nibs
  • shredded coconut
  • nut butter

Method

Pre-heat an electric non-stick griddle to ~350°F.

Add the Banana Pancake Mix to a large mixing bowl and whisk in the soy milk until it becomes a thick batter. Level up your pancake by adding as many add-ins as you'd like! 

Pour a little less than 1/4 cup of the batter onto the griddle. Cook until the edges of the pancakes are dry, about 1-2 minutes. Flip and cook for an additional minute. 

Serve and enjoy with your favorite toppings. This ratio will yield about 12 pancakes. 

For a thinner pancake: Add an additional 1/4 cup soy milk.
