Mushroom Gravy Mix

Shiitake mushrooms, russet potatoes, non-fortified nutritional yeast, onion, celery, garlic, black pepper, rosemary, thyme, sage, marjoram, parsley.

Shake Well Before Use. Start with a ratio of roughly 3:1, with 3 parts hot water and 1 part gravy mix, and blend it up in your blender until smooth. For example, three cups of water plus one cup of dry mix will yield a little over 3 cups of gravy. If that ratio is too watery, just add a little more mix and blend again, or use less water next time!

Feel free to add whatever else your heart desires. For a creamier flavor, add some cashews to the blender. For a saltier flavor, throw in some miso paste, soy sauce, or liquid aminos!
