• Finally, a delicious AND healthy Orange Cauliflower or Tofu recipe that you can make at home! Simply whip up the batter and breading, bake, and toss in Orange Sauce. You will love the flavor from the Orange Sauce that is made with real oranges and fresh ginger instead of nasty oil. Skip the takeout and make this instead!

To make the breading for this recipe, we used oat flour. Instead of buying oat flour we make it by simply blending rolled oats in the Vitamix. Then we threw together a fast batter by combining chickpea flour and water. Once the batter and breading are done, you can get to coating your cauliflower/tofu. While that is baking we are going to make the sauce!

The Orange Sauce is so easy to make and bursting with flavor! Just add the ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth. If you are avoiding salt, you can leave out the soy sauce. Don’t worry, it will still be extremely tasty without the soy sauce!
