This Wrap Went Viral! Vegan Hamburger Wrap with Secret Sauce

We are going to begin this recipe by making the highly coveted McReebs Sauce! Simply add the cashews, ketchup, nutritional yeast, paprika, dijon mustard, green onion, and lemon. For a lower fat version or nut-free version try using white beans instead of cashews. Blend everything until it is nice and smooth. Set the sauce aside for now.
This sauce became extremely popular in our Facebook Community after we first debuted it on our live cooking show. Members shared photos using this sauce in so many unique ways including on salads, nourish bowls, potatoes, veggies, and more. We encourage you to make a double batch to use throughout the week–just make sure to make this wrap first!
Let’s get this wrap ready! Add the kidney beans to mixing bowl along with the WYW Galaxy Dust and lightly mash with potato masher. Then, we are going to prepare the rest of our wrap add-ins. We used traditional burger toppings in this wrap like red onion, avocado, lettuce, and tomato, but you can use any of your favorite burger toppings!
Now all that is left is putting it all together! Lay down a piece of the whole wheat lavash. For a gluten-free option, make a lettuce wrap instead. Spread the mashed beans on the lavash and top with the add-ins of your choosing. Drizzle on the most important part…the McReebs Secret Sauce. Slowly roll the lavash to create the wrap and cut it in half.
