  • 1 tablespoon applesauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy milk
  • 1 tablespoon date powder
  • 1 tablespoon oat flour
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract or powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon chocolate chips orcacao nibs (optional)

Method

Add all of the ingredients to a bowl and mash well to combine. Transfer the mixture to a mug or ramekin and microwave uncovered for 2 minutes.
