  • chopped romaine or greens
  • pico de gallo or chopped tomatoes
  • avocado

Method

Add the frozen rice to a steamer basket on the stove along with the Southwest mix and seasoning blend. Allow everything to steam for 3-4 minutes, just enough to heat through. Mix well and remove from heat. 

To serve, place the steamed mixture on a bed of romaine lettuce. Top with pico de gallo or chopped tomatoes and avocado for added richness.
