Added 1/2 cup to WYW veggie broth, threw in some frozen rice and a can of beans. I know that’s not creative but after getting home late after a long day of work it sounds like dinner to me :)
Thank you Dillon and Reebs for making it so super easy for me to eat healthy!
I like the veggie blend. In addition to using it to add to quick meals made on the run at home, I also use it as a source of veggies for backpacking trip meals (premale at home by adding 4 Tbsp of veggies to a serving of whole wheat couscous, WYW veggie broth powder, and freeze dried lentils and/or dehydrated beans. When on a backpacking trip, mix with boiling hot water in a container of your choice. Let sit for 10-15 minutes while setting up camp. It hits the spot after a long day of hiking!)
I love this versatile product. It's just right for the starch blaster and Cass' Rice Jar. I'm sure I'll find other ways to use these healthy veggies. Totally impressed with the quantity and quality!
The Veggie Blend is delicious and convenient. The container is bigger than I expected. Thanks for making my life so much better with your products, videos, and the Well Your World Community.
This stuff is SO good you can eat it like popcorn!
It's also great with the Well Your World Asian broth blend and millet/brown rice ramen noodles from costco for a faster than fast ramen dinner.
I let it soak in broth and steamed also, and pieces were still hard throughout the dishes. I’ll try again and let them soak or steam longer to soften, we’ll see if that helps.

Sorry to hear you did not have a great experience with the Dried Veggies. They are not designed to just be soaked or steamed. We recommend simmering these in boiling water/broth until they are tender. But keep in mind, they are dried/dehydrated veggies so they will not rehydrate back into the same texture as fresh veggies.
