Hearty Lentil Stew

Just delicious. Sometimes I add a couple of potatoes. It goes great with oyster crackers or cornbread.

Hearty Lentil Stew

Not only are these soups & stews delicious and oh-so-simple to prepare but the biggest plus for me is that it gets me to eat healthy greens. I just put some steamed veggies in a bowl and top with either soup or stew. Could it be any easier? After too many years to count of eating fast food and processed garbage I’m thankful that Dillion and Reebs are making it so quick and easy to live my healthiest life!

Hearty Lentil Soup

Made the Hearty Lentil Soup last night. Healing from hip surgery, so this was so simple to put together! I did add about a teaspoon of Cosmic Dust, and a little bit of frozen Edamame. So delicious!!

Hearty Lentil Soup

I love all of your spices, and the stews are great too. one thing, sometimes it takes much longer to cook all of the veggies in the stews/soups, they can be a bit chewy at times

Hearty Lentil Soup

This is my favorite WYW soup. The ease of fixing it by just throwing it in the Instapot and then soup is ready in no time. It's yummy and hearty. It's a win.
