    #1 - Irish Stew

This recipe may be great on St. Patrick’s Day, but we think you should eat it all year long! This soup is delicious and hearty. We love the combinations of flavors and how the potatoes make the stew even more filling.

Not to mention, this recipe is great for beginners as it is a great way to work on chopping! The large chunks in the stew make it easy to prepare this stew for even the most novice of chefs!

    #2 - African Peanut Stew

Although this recipe was not one of our creations, we absolutely love this recipe. You can find this recipe in the National Health Association magazine available to download for free!

In our YouTube video we used sweet potato in the stew, but we have also prepared this recipe with frozen butternut squash for even less prep time. Using an immersion blender for a couple seconds in this stew adds a great creamy texture as well. This African Peanut Stew is quick, easy, and so delectable you are going to want to give it a try.

This chili pairs amazingly with baked potatoes, mashed potatoes, rice, noodles, but especially our cornbread recipe! You are going to want to try this chili out this summer at your next cookout!
