World's Fastest Lentil Stew

Ingredients

  • 12 cups water or veggie broth
  • 3 cups brown lentils, cooked (or 2 15 oz. cans)
  • 1/2 cup dehydrated onion
  • 4 tablespoons WYW IndianCalypso, Voodoo, or Zesty Seasoning
  • 2 1 lb. bags frozen chopped spinach
  • 2 10-12 oz. bags frozen cubed butternut squash
  • 1 6 oz. can tomato paste

Method

Add all of the ingredients to a large stock pot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and simmer for 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
