Smoky Cheeze Ball

Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1 block extra-firm tofu
  • 1/2 cup WYW Nooch
  • 1 tablespoon miso (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke
  • 2 teaspoons mustard
  • 2 tablespoons slivered WYW Everything Bagel Seasoning

Method

Add all of the ingredients to a food processor and process until very smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.

Using a standard-sized bowl, line the bowl with plastic wrap, and dump the mixture inside, pressing it into the bowl.

Refrigerate for 1-2 hours to firm it up.

To serve, flip the cheeze ball over onto a plate and remove from the bowl. Garnish with WYW Everything Bagel Seasoning and serve.
