Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

Ingredients

  • 3-5 garlic cloves
  • 1 handful fresh cilantro
  • 1 red bell pepper, roasted and chopped
  • 1 15 oz. can chickpeas, 1/2 cup aquafaba/bean liquid reserved
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2-1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke
  • 2 tablespoons tahini (optional)

Method

Add all of the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth, using the tamper to keep it all moving in the canister.

Enjoy as a dip, in wraps, in sandwiches, and so much more.
