Ingredients

  • 2 cups soy milk
  • 1/2 cup WYW Date Powder or 12 deglet dates
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract or powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/4 cup cashews (optional)

Method

Add all of the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Adjust the milk to reach your desired thickness. Serve chilled and enjoy!

If you store this in the fridge, it will continue to thicken, so just whisk or blend with more soy milk to get back to your desired thickness.
