Method
Combine the dry ingredients together in a mixing bowl. Add the soy milk and whisk to create a batter.
Dip the cauliflower florets into the batter to coat them. Add to a parchment-lined air-fryer basket and air-fry at 400°F for 20 minutes.
Allow to cool for a few minutes and toss in your favorite WYW dressing like Desert Catalina, Sweet Mustard, or Sweet Heat. Enjoy!
