Method
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Add the kidney beans, rice, chickpea flour, and seasonings to a large mixing bowl and mash with a potato masher or just use your hands!
Roll this mixture into 1” balls and lay on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for about 20 minutes. Serve them over pasta and WYW Mushroom Basil Marinara!
