Our Mid-Year Challenge: The 4 of July!

July marks the halfway point of the year, so we figured it’s time for another group challenge where we rally together and work on improving our diet and lifestyle habits! Are you with us?

The last couple of years have been hard on everyone emotionally, and most of us did not foresee living in such an intense time. Although for many, the world’s affairs have provided some space to work on ourselves, for others the experience has been quite the opposite.


Regardless of how the year is treating you, I’ll bet there are at least a couple of habits we could all improve on as we continue to refine our forever diet and lifestyle.


So let’s fire up the Well Your World community for the 4 of July: One new target, 4x Per Week, 4 Weeks, beginning July 4!


Our 4 of July Challenge goes like this: we’ll each choose a new diet or lifestyle target (habit) that we can sustainably perform 4 times each week. We’ll do it for 4 weeks straight, and the challenge begins on July 4th! How’s that for a challenge?!


There are 4 types of targets in this challenge:

Diet

Lifestyle

Community

Physical

The worksheet in the booklet will be used week-by-week to log the completion of your goals. Just remember, if you don't get all 4 each week, DON'T GIVE UP. Use that feedback to reflect and adjust your goals for next time so that they are more realistic for you, wherever you are on the path. The same goes for goals that are too easy.
